Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi (approx. 300 g)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 330 ml vegetable stock
- 80 ml cream
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

Low-carb
Wash and peel the kohlrabi, then cut it into thin slices. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, then fry the finely diced onion and ground beef. Add the kohlrabi and sauté. Deglaze with vegetable stock and cook for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the cream and season with sea salt and pepper.
