Summer drink, refreshing

1 serving = 500 ml iced tea For the tea, put the water and grape juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the tea bags steep in the liquid for 4-6 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and let the liquid cool briefly. Squeeze the limes and mix the juice into the tea. Place the cooled tea in the refrigerator, ideally overnight. For the syrup, peel the ginger and cut into small slices. Place the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and ginger while stirring and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Then let the syrup cool and then place in the refrigerator. Mixing: For 8 servings (4 liters), mix 2 liters of tea with 250 ml syrup and 1.8 liters of water. Serving: Pour the mixture into glasses and add ice cubes and/or frozen red fruits, if desired.
