Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 cup(s) sugar (approx. 260 g each)
- 1 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon, approx.
- 500 g yogurt
- 4 cups of flour (approx. 115 g each)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g almond flakes
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 200 g butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Yogurt nut mug cake
Beat the eggs with just two cups of sugar in a food processor until frothy. Then stir in the yogurt. Combine the flour with the baking powder and stir into the rest of the mixture. Spread the batter (thick) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon, and the remaining cup of sugar in a bowl and spread evenly over the batter. Bake at 150°C (fan oven) for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool slightly, but while still warm, pour over the melted butter.
