Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g cauliflower
- 100 g flour
- 100 g milk
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Mix the flour, milk, and breadcrumbs into a batter. Season to taste. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a delicious dip.
