Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 g cauliflower
- 500 g pear(s)
- n. B. salt and pepper, white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Hazelnuts (whole or chopped) and
- Parsley, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the sour cream with yogurt and lemon juice, season with salt, white pepper, and sugar. Trim and wash the cauliflower, then grate it into pieces and add it to the sauce. Grate the pears and fold them in. Chop the hazelnuts and add them to the salad. Season again to taste. Serve the salad in glass bowls or glasses and garnish with whole hazelnuts and parsley.
