Cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cauliflower OR:
  • 1 kg cauliflower, frozen
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

ideal for brunch, as a lunch snack for the office or picnic

Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. This is easier with frozen cauliflower florets. Cut the ham into small cubes and toss with the cooled cauliflower and corn. Whisk the mayonnaise with milk and vinegar until smooth, then stir in the sugar and crushed garlic. Stir the garlic mayonnaise into the salad and let it marinate well. This salad is perfect for a buffet or to take with you in a lunchbox. It’s important that it marinates well.
