Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- possibly mint or lemon balm

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Puree 100g strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and chill. Whisk the mascarpone, quark, 2 tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Chop 300g strawberries and carefully fold them into the mascarpone cream. Line a dish with ladyfingers and drizzle with orange juice. Layer the strawberry puree and mascarpone cream alternately on top of the ladyfingers, then chill. Garnish with the remaining strawberries and, if desired, a sprig of mint or lemon balm before serving.
