Autumn salad with Mostbröckli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil (nut oil)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 150 g Appenzeller Mostbröckli
  • 100 g lettuce (lamb’s lettuce)
  • 100 g frisée lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients (from vinegar to paprika) well, season the sauce. Cut the Mostbröckli into approximately 3 mm thick strips and fry briefly in a non-stick frying pan without fat. Mix the salad with the sauce, arrange on plates, and distribute the Mostbröckli on top.
