  • 1 cup of cream
  • some milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

goes perfectly with pasta

First, peel the onion and garlic and dice them into small cubes. Then, clean the cauliflower and chop it finely. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with oil until translucent. If you want the sauce to be a little hotter, add chili flakes to taste. Keep in mind, however, that cream will be added later, which will slightly reduce the heat, so you should use a little more chili flakes than usual. Add the cauliflower and season with salt. Cover everything and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then mix in the flour to thicken the sauce. Now add the cream and milk until the cauliflower is just covered. Bring everything to a boil and season with curry powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
