Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- Salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- Pepper from the mill
- 100 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and wash the cauliflower. Boil it in salted water, being careful not to overcook it. Once drained and cooled, slice the cauliflower. Mix the flour with a little salt and pepper, beat the eggs, and coat each cauliflower slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry the cauliflower cutlets on both sides in the heated butter.
