Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower and remove the stalk and leaves. Cook in a large saucepan with salted water for about 20 minutes. Then season with nutmeg.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the breadcrumbs, stirring constantly. Season with salt and a little pepper. Caution turns brown quickly.
- Now put the hot breadcrumbs directly on the plate over the cauliflower. Good Appetite.
