Cauliflower with cheese and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 5 tbsp cheese, grated, 30-32% fat
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ can tomatoes, pureed
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets, cook in broth for 8 minutes, and place in a casserole dish. Mix the broth with the tomatoes and cheese and pour over the cabbage. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
