Homemade raspberry vinegar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, ripe
  • 500 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Carefully select the raspberries, using only flawless berries. Do not wash the berries. Place them in a clean container, pour the vinegar over them, and seal tightly. Place on a windowsill for 7-10 days and let the vinegar steep. Gently swirl the jar twice a day. Then filter the vinegar through a clean cheesecloth and pour into a suitable glass bottle. Store in a dark place.
