Caviar spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • 200 g Cremefine
  • some black pepper
  • 100 g caviar, from salmon or trout

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the quark until lump-free. Stir in the Cremefine until the mixture is creamy. Season well with pepper. The cream should take on the flavor of the pepper, but not be too spicy. Drain the pasta and mix with the cream. Fold in the salmon caviar. The missing salty flavor will come from the caviar, so don’t add salt beforehand.
