Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 400 g celery
- 500 g white cabbage
- 6 small onions
- 3 m.-large tomato(s), fresh
- 2 bell peppers, green, sweet
- 3 liters of water
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
without oil or fat, healthy soup
Peel the onions, wash and finely chop all the vegetables. Then place all the chopped vegetables in a large pot and pour in 3 liters of water. Bring the liquid to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper. This soup is healthy and helps burn fat.
