Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 liter of water
- 3 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Light diet for gastrointestinal complaints
Peel and finely chop the carrots. Boil in 1 liter of water for 60 minutes, then puree in the water and refill with boiled water to make 1 liter. Add the table salt and mix well.
