Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,000 g soup vegetables, frozen, 10 mixed varieties
  • 750 g vegetable mix (Kaisergemüse), frozen
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 5 onions, red
  • 75 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 liters vegetable broth, hot
  • 3 tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp herbal salt
  • 1 tbsp ground pepper
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • some oil or butter

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Quick soup with frozen vegetables

In a large pot, sauté the sliced ​​onions in a little oil or butter. Discard any liquid. Top up with the stock and add all the frozen vegetables straight from the package. Add the bay leaves and bring to a boil. Then add the remaining spices, stir, and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes; the vegetables should still have some bite.
