Celery Puree
The perfect celery puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tuber Celery with green
- 100 ml. Cream
- 1 tbsp Herb butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Clean the celery with a little green, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water until cooked.
- Drain the celery, add the cream and herb butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and use a potato masher to make a puree.
