Celery Puree

The perfect celery puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tuber Celery with green
  • 100 ml. Cream
  • 1 tbsp Herb butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Clean the celery with a little green, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water until cooked.
  2. Drain the celery, add the cream and herb butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and use a potato masher to make a puree.
