Celery salad with walnuts and pecorino

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 50 g cheese (Pecorino or Parmesan), grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar (walnut balsamic vinegar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and chop the celery, chop the walnuts, and grate the cheese. Mix everything together in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and dress the salad with it. We served it with pasta al forno.
