Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- some parsley
- oregano
- rosemary
- 150 g bacon
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sift the flour with baking powder. Dice the cheese and finely chop the herbs. Combine the eggs, sour cream, herbs, salt, and butter. Add the flour mixture and stir thoroughly. Fold in the Emmental cheese and bacon. Pour the batter into muffin cups. Bake the muffins at 185°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
