Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 sausages (2 Swiss cervelat or 4 Bockwurst)
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- ½ bell pepper(s), mild
Instructions

Cut half a bell pepper into small pieces. Skin the sausages and halve the cervelat sausages. Wrap each half cervelat (or whole bockwurst) with a slice of ham. Divide the puff pastry into 4 equal pieces. Place a wrapped sausage and a few pieces of bell pepper on each piece. Wrap the puff pastry around the whole sausage and place the parcels on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Without fan-assisted oven, about 25 minutes. When the parcels are golden brown, serve hot.
