Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced beef
  • 400 g minced pork
  • 2 tbsp, heaped Vegeta
  • 2 tsp, heaped black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the ground beef and pork in a bowl, add the Vegeta, pepper, and the very finely chopped garlic cloves. Gradually add the mineral water and mix everything with the dough hook of a hand mixer until smooth. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a day. Then simply roll sausages from the mixture and fry them in lard or clarified butter in a pan. Serve with raw onions, ajvar, coleslaw, and djuvec rice.
