Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g rice (long grain)
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 200 g chicken breast or turkey breast
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- ¼ Chinese cabbage
- 4 tbsp oil
- 100 g crab
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook rice. Dice the poultry, cut the ham into thin strips. Clean and wash the vegetables, and peel the onion. Cut the carrots into thin sticks, the cabbage (about 300 g) into small pieces, and the onion into fine dice. Heat a little oil in a large pan. Briefly and vigorously fry the ham and meat, then remove. Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the vegetables briefly. Add the rice, shrimp, ham, and meat, and fry on high heat, stirring occasionally. Season with soy sauce.
