Chai Latte – macaroons

  • 4 Egg whites
  • 100 g Raw cane sugar
  • 100 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 20 g Whole milk couverture, grated
  • 25 g Chai Latte Chocolate Powder
  • 0,25 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Chai Latte – macaroons

  1. Put the egg whites in a bowl or something similar. Add a pinch of salt and beat until stiff. Put raw cane sugar and chai latte chocolate powder in a bowl and mix. Then let it trickle in slowly until everything has dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and remove the mixture from the dough with two teaspoons and place on the baking sheet. Then put in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  3. After baking, let cool down a bit and place in a bowl.
