Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 40 g margarine
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp sparkling wine
  • White chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and chill. Roll out thinly and cut out small cookies. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes until light yellow. For the filling, melt the white chocolate (careful: it burns easily!). Beat with margarine and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the lemon juice and sparkling wine and beat until fluffy. Fill two cookies each with the white cream. Decorate with white chocolate coating, for example, by drawing threads of melted chocolate over the cookies or making dots around the edges.
