Quick raspberry dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g raspberries, fresh
  • ½ package meringue(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Sort the raspberries, leaving them unwashed if possible. Roughly crumble the meringue. Layer the cream first, then the raspberries, and then the meringue in a glass bowl until all the filling is used up. A few raspberries should be on top for a good look.
