Chard and carrot curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g chard
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Slice the chard stalks into strips and finely chop the carrots. Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Add the chard stalks and carrots and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Then slice the chard leaves and add them. Deglaze with the lemon juice and add the spices. Add a little more water and season with salt, pepper, and the soy sauce. Sauté the vegetables for about another 5 minutes. Serve with whole-grain rice.
