  • 500 g chard stalk(s)
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp, heaped vegetable stock powder, e.g. Hügli Streuwürze

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

First, wash and finely chop the chard. Next, cook the chard with the water and the seasoning over low heat. The exquisite flavor of the chard and the seasoning will develop after a cooking time of 50 minutes to 1 hour. Suitable as a main course or side dish. Tip: Can be served with mayonnaise.
