Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cucumber(s), fresh (approx. 1/3 piece), washed, peeled, pitted
  • 125 ml yogurt (3.5%)
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 pinches of sea salt
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

on the rocks!

Roughly chop the cucumber and blend it with yogurt, buttermilk, salt, and mint in a tall mug using an immersion blender until smooth. Place ice cubes in a 0.5-liter glass and fill with the cucumber drink. Garnish with a straw, a cucumber slice, and a mint leaf. Tip: Enhance with 4 cl of tequila!
