Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef or mixed minced meat
- 2 bell peppers
- ½ bottle of Cremefine
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 handfuls of parsley, chopped
- cumin
- salt and pepper
- Mint, chopped

Mix the minced meat with the tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 handful of parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and form into approximately 10-12 meatballs. Place the meatballs in a baking dish, leaving some space between them, and preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Clean the bell peppers, dice them, and scatter them over or between the meatballs. For the sauce, mix the Cremefine, yogurt, tomato juice, and the remaining parsley and season generously with salt, pepper, and cumin. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and place everything in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. After serving, sprinkle some fresh, chopped mint on the plates.
