Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g strawberries
- 250 ml low-fat milk
- 4 tbsp coconut syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Rinse the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and blend them with milk and syrup. Season with sugar and divide between four cocktail glasses. Serve garnished with coconut flakes.
