Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups of rice
- 800 ml coconut milk, with pulp
- 150 g cheese, grated
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder or curry paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the coconut milk and its pulp in a pan with the spices and garlic and bring to a boil. Add the rice and simmer, stirring constantly, until no liquid remains. Finally, stir in the cheese.
