Low-carb banana waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tsp Stevia
  • 150 g almonds
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 6-7 waffles, without flour, with almonds

Beat the butter until fluffy. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Stir it into the butter. Gradually add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Mix the stevia, almonds, and baking powder and stir in. Heat and grease the waffle iron. Pour in some batter and bake until the waffles are the desired degree of browning. Bake the remaining batter into waffles as well. Makes 6-7 waffles with about 4.5g of carbohydrates per waffle. Tastes delicious with lemon cream. Beat 200g of cream until thickened, sweeten to taste, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a little finely grated lemon zest, and whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Lemon curd has fewer calories and also tastes great with it.
