Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g medium-aged Gouda cheese
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 5 eggs, boiled
  • 1 small jar of capers
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Party salad, with grilled food, fondue, etc.

Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and the caper liquid. Cut the cheese, tomatoes, and boiled eggs into small, equal pieces. Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. This salad goes well with grilled food, fondue, or just on its own. Tip: Taste first and then add a little salt to taste, but the caper liquid is usually sufficient.
