Pasta salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirals)
  • 300 g natural yogurt 1.5%
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (garden herbs)
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 gr. can/n corn (300 g)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside. Pour the natural yogurt into a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, garden herbs, garlic, and chili. Chop the vegetables, dice the cooked ham and cheese, and add everything to the bowl along with the drained corn. Mix well. Finally, fold in the pasta. The salad tastes best when prepared the day before so it can marinate overnight.
