Cheese Biscuits

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Caraway seeds

  • 2 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  1. Grind the grated Emmental very finely in a blender.
  2. Put the flour, butter (in small pieces) Emmental and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl and knead. Then wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough on a work surface dusted with a little flour and cut hearts, stars or similar with cookie cutters. Cut out, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with cream and sprinkle with caraway or roasted sesame or poppy seeds or paprika or pumpkin seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° for about 15 minutes.
