Cheese Biscuits

- 300 g Flour
- 300 g Grated Emmental
- 200 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- Grind the grated Emmental very finely in a blender.
