Ingredients
- 500 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 125 ml Vegetable oil
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 250 ml Milk
Instructions
- Mix the flour and garlic powder in a large bowl
- Gradually stir in the oil, cheese, egg and milk until you get a homogeneous mixture
- Knead the dough on a floured work surface for about 3 to 4 minutes
- Roll out the part to a thickness of approx. 12 mm
- Cut out with the cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake the biscuits at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes
- Let the finished biscuits cool down completely and store in a container that is not too tight
