Souvenirs from our Mallorca vacation – be careful, they’re addictive!

For the aioli, mix the crème fraîche and mayonnaise together. Press in the garlic. Cut the baguette into slices, but don’t cut all the way through; leave the base whole. Spread the aioli evenly between the slices and press the bread together slightly to prevent it from fanning out. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the baguette. Bake briefly at 180°C until the mozzarella melts. We ate these baguettes at a beach bar in Mallorca; mmm, delicious!
