Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 215 g flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Finely grate the cheese and mix with the egg. Combine the flour and spices in a separate bowl, then knead in the butter. Then add the cheese mixture and knead everything well. Form a ball and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut out any desired shapes (e.g., feet or stars). Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 12 minutes. Let rest on the sheet for about 2 minutes after baking.
