Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cheese (Appenzeller cheese)
- 4 dl milk
- 500 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 3 dl beer
- 8 eggs

Cheese with a twist – from the deep fryer
Melt the cheese in the warmed milk and stir over low heat until dissolved. Let cool. Then add the flour mixed with beer, baking powder, and gradually add the eggs. The batter, which should be slightly thicker than an omelet batter, is poured through a funnel into the hot fryer in a spiral shape and fry slowly while floating.
