Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 75 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • some milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, then fold in the cheese, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form small dumplings and simmer gently in the broth for about 20 minutes.
