Ingredients
- 50 g Butter cheese
- 1 disc Boiled ham approx. 50 g
- 2 Pickles approx. 100 g
- 2 Radishes approx. 25 g
- 0,5 Green peppers approx. 100 g
- 2 Small spring onions approx. 25 g
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Cut the butter cheese and ham into strips and cut into small strips. Halve the pickles lengthways and cut diagonally into strips. Clean, halve and slice the radishes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small strips. Clean the spring onions, wash them and cut into rings. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Mix olive oil (1 tbsp), light rice vinegar (1 tbsp), liquid honey (1 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) into a vinaigrette, spread over the salad / Drip, mix carefully and serve the salad.
