- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Chorizo sausage
- 50 g Asparagus green
- 50 g Broccoli

- 50 g Mushrooms
- 50 g Cauliflower fresh

- 10 g Parsley
- 10 g Chives
- 10 g Tarragon
- 10 g Dill

- 100 g Cheese cream
- 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Lemon zest
Instructions
Cheese wrapped in bread
- Knead the flour, water and yeast together, then add the salt and knead again. Let go for an hour.
- Cut the cheese into bars as thick as a finger and skewer. Remove small pieces from the dough, wrap around the cheese and place on a baking sheet.
- Let rise for 3:30 minutes. Then bake at 180 ° C for 14 minutes.
Vegetable and herb salad
- Peel and chop the vegetables and chorizo. Blanch in hot water for 1 minute. Briefly fry the chorizo and mushrooms.
- Pluck the leaves from the stalks of the herbs and add to the vegetable salad. Fillet oranges and add them.
- Season to taste with olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, lemon zest and juice. Mix everything well.
