Vegetable Salad with Cheese

The perfect vegetable salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the salad

  • 400 g Leaf lettuce, two to three different types
  • 200 g Gouda middle-aged
  • 1 piece Small onion fresh
  • 3 piece Orange fresh
  • 1 packet Fresh cress

For the dressing

  • 300 g Mild yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Some sugar
  1. Wash the lettuce and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Peel two oranges very well so that none of the white skin remains. Then cut into fine slices. Squeeze the third orange. Dice the onion very finely. Cut the cheese into small sticks. Mix the yoghurt with the orange juice and the oil well, add the onion cubes and season with the spices. Arrange the salad on a plate and place the orange slices between them. Drape the cheese sticks in the middle and pour some of the sauce over them, offer the rest of the sauce separately.
