Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 jar of pickles
- 2 bell peppers, red, diced
- 1 roll from the previous day, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 g cheese in one piece
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 onion(s), diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Prepare a meat dough from all ingredients except the gherkins and cheese. Cut the gherkins into small pieces and knead them in. Cut the cheese into approximately 1 cm cubes. Form the mixture into meatballs, press a piece of cheese into the center, and enclose it with the meat dough. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at approximately 170°C.
