Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 sage leaves, freshly chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Grease for the mold or paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Makes 8 muffins. Combine the flour with the baking powder, herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk the yogurt with the melted butter and eggs until smooth and fold into the flour mixture. Season to taste. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cases. Pour the batter into eight holes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 160°C) for 25 minutes until golden brown.
