Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg(s)
- 25 g semolina
- 25 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- salt water
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 150 ml cream
- Salt
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs
- Parmesan for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the ingredients for the dumplings and let them rest for at least 30 minutes. With wet hands, form 8 small dumplings and let them rest in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, for the sauce, sauté the flour in the butter. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the herbs and season with salt. Serve the dumplings with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
