Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pkt. dough (dumpling dough, refrigerated)
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 1 pack of herb curd
  • 1 pack of salmon (gravlax)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the dumpling dough in a bowl along with the cheese and caraway seeds and knead thoroughly until the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Form approximately 10 egg-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten with a spoon or your hand. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes, until crispy. Serve with the salmon and herb curd cheese. Serve with applesauce for children.
