Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough, rectangular
- 150 g feta cheese (soft cheese cubes in a spicy marinade)
- 2 handfuls of Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 spring onions
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the pizza dough into 12 squares with a knife. Place the soft cheese cubes in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the Emmental cheese, finely chopped spring onions, chopped parsley, and the crushed garlic clove to the soft cheese in the bowl and mix everything well. Place the pizza dough squares on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place a heaped forkful of the cheese mixture in the center of each. Fold over the corners of the dough to form triangles and press the edges together with a fork. Finally, beat an egg and brush the tops of the cheese parcels with it. Preheat the oven and bake the cheese parcels at 180°C for 15 minutes.
