Apple crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk (oat milk), lukewarm
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 kg apples
  • some cinnamon
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 175 g margarine
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Knead the ingredients for the yeast dough thoroughly, then cover and let rise for about an hour. Wash, peel, core, and finely slice the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix well. For the crumble, combine all the ingredients and knead until you have a crumble. Roll out the yeast dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Arrange the apple slices on top and sprinkle the crumble over the top. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about an hour.
